将导线提升或收紧的工具有导线钩和各种卡具。这些卡具的主要材料是选用超硬铝LC4。它的特点是比强率高、重量轻、良好的工艺性。导线钩的顶端与绝缘拉杆（板）连成整体。为了防止损伤导线，接触导线的四只钩子均加工有圆滑过渡弧。卡具有闭式卡具、耐张端头卡具、直线卡具、大刀卡具和通用卡具。

 

The tools for lifting or tightening wires are wire hooks and various clamps. The main material of these fixtures is super hard aluminum LC4. It is characterized by high specific strength, light weight and good processability. The top end of the wire hook is connected with the insulating pull rod (plate) as a whole. In order to prevent damage to the conductor, the four hooks contacting the conductor are all processed with smooth transition arc. The card has closed clamp, tension end clamp, linear clamp, big knife clamp and general clamp.

 

 

 

闭式卡具与双行程的普通丝杆或省力丝杆配套，可更换耐张或直线绝缘子串间的单片绝缘子。其前后卡具分别与耐张端头卡具的后、前卡配套，则可更换耐张或直线绝缘子串两端的绝缘子。

 

The closed clamp is matched with the double stroke ordinary screw rod or labor-saving screw rod, and can replace the single insulator between the tension or linear insulator strings. The front and rear clamps are matched with the back and front clamps of the tension end clamps respectively, so the insulators at both ends of the tension or linear insulator string can be replaced.

 

耐张端头卡具。前、后卡具与绝缘承力拉杆（板)、丝杆串连后，将其分别组装在与绝缘子串两端连接的金具上，来更换耐张整串绝缘子。

 

Tension end clamp. After the front and rear clamps are connected in series with insulated bearing rod (plate) and screw rod, they are respectively assembled on the hardware connected with both ends of insulator string to replace the whole strain insulator string.

 

直线卡具。卡在直线联板上，两侧用绝缘承力拉杆（板）和单行程丝杆，来更换直线整串绝缘子。

 

Straight line fixture. It is clamped on the straight-line joint plate, and the insulated bearing pull rod (plate) and one-way screw rod are used on b
